The Blind Side

I went and seen it last night and Oh boy its a great movie!

So inspiring and just wonderful!! Full of laughs and even some tears!!

I would highly recommend this movie as a good family movie for all!

The Blind Side

This looks like a very heart-warming and inspirational movie to go and see with the family!

I have watched the commercials in relation to it and watched Sandra's interview, and they way she talks about the movie makes me want to go see it right now! :0)

The plot:
A poor, oversized and under-educated teenager is recruited by a major college football program where he is groomed into an athletically and academically successful NFL prospect. Based on Michael Lewis' book, "The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game."

"The Blind Side" depicts the remarkable true story of Michael Oher, a homeless African-American youngster from a broken home, taken in by the Touhys, a well-to-do white family who help him fulfill his potential.
At the same time, Oher's presence in the Touhys' lives leads them to some insightful self-discoveries of their own. Living in his new environment, the teen faces a completely different set of challenges to overcome. As a football player and student, Oher works hard and, with the help of his coaches and adopted family, becomes an All-American offensive left tackle. In the latest chapter of his inspiring story, Oher was a First Round draft pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, selected by the Baltimore Ravens. The Touhys were there to share the moment with him.

New Moon

There is a lot of talk about this new movie....the follow on of Twillight!!

So I thought I would post about it!! I know a lot of my friends have already seen it and some are going again to see it a second time!! They say its that good!

Well I need to see for myself so I am going on Sunday to see it with the family!

We are all going out to dinner and then onto the movie! I am excited to see if it is as good as everyone is saying!!

Here are some comments about the movie:

'New Moon was fantastic. The cinematography was way better, the colour was improved, the story was great, and it is a romance story, not a supernatural movie!'

'I love the first movie and I thought it couldnt get any better.....I was wrong!! New Moon is awesome!!'

'This is in my opinion the movie of the year! I cant think of another movie that I would say was as good or better than this one!'

'It was that good im going to see it for a third time!'


Ok so I guess it is good....I will let you all know after I see it on Sunday!

Don't you just love watching a good movie??

I know I do.....I watched my all time favorite movie today....I have seen it about emmm 100,000 times!!! I know every line and verse!!

Let me give you a clue......Gooooo Greased Lightening'!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha-ha

Oh boy.....I just love that movie. So innocent and old fashioned!! Has to be an all time classic!!

Where did all those good movie makers go to?? There are some very pants movies out at the minute and of course there are good ones!! But nothing in my opinion beats a good classic!!!
