Well ....reading over my previous posts I thought to myself...I don't post as much about me and my life....so why not start and post at least a few things! lol
After all my main aim for starting this blog was to keep my family and friends up-to-date with my life and journeys!!
This week was an interesting one for sure...I went though dealing with people who I don't know having nasty attitudes for no reason....friends saying things I really found hard to accept......people arguing because they just wanted to....and finally encouragement from friends!!
So...as I don't want to dwell on things, which have past and things that the Devil took delight in....let me talk about the encouragement I received!!
I have some pretty awesome friends and surprisingly they are ones whom I have known online for years now and havent got the chance to met in person YET! Some I feel I know better than friends I have around me all the time.
Recently I have received little Facebook comments and emails from them with words of encouragement....for no particular reason but because they are amazing and kind hearted!
The best thing about them is they always seem to get the timing right on when I need those little messages and emails! For every time the devil was able to smack me up the mouth.....my wonderful friends were there to push me back on my feet with a new piece of armour ready for the next smack!!
I decided that seeing as these friends of mine are so wonderful I would send them a little surprise in the mail....in the aim of making them smile when they receive it!! I love doing that...its something so simple, but yet it means so much to people! I know it means the world to me and sets me up for a great day!!
I was thinking I may start and do it more often!! Although I think I should put my mailing surprises on rotation, because sadly the stamps for international mailing are only getting more expensive!! But sure.....a true friend is worth every penny!!
So to you friends who receive a little something in the mail and read this....THANKS....you gals are wonderful and I appreciate all you do in keeping our friendship lasting throughout the years!!! Oh and for you who havent received one yet and have sent me messages/ texts/comments dont worry they were sent on different days from here so you should have one on the way!
